This error usually occurs due to the bad driver issue or the bad window server, which is causing that problem due to antivirus scanner or backup utility.

Driver Issue

To check it is a driver issue go to the start type verifier and then click on it. Create the standard setting, click on next and chose the automatically select all the driver click save. And then reboot the system after that it will check the driver before the startup and it will display the driver which is faulty. You can uninstall it by going into the device manager.

Antivirus or Utility Bckup Issue

To solve that problem you need to go to the control panel and uninstall the all the antivirus and utility backup and install some other party software.

Hi Tyrone,

This error message indicates that a kernel mode process or an attempt to access a memory address to which it could not access. This is mostly due to an incorrect pointer referencing a corrupted memory location.

To overcome this issue, do the following:

1 While the computer is initiating, press F8 at the character-mode menu which will display the choices of operating system.
2 Select the previously known good configuration option which is effective when only one driver is added at a time.

Regards,
Anyet

HI, Tyrone E Louis “IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL” it means that your OS has been corrupted by malware it is far beyond from repair now. Some parts of the system of the OS has been change or got deleted by antivirus because it is infected you have no more chance but you are in a critical situation. If you still persist on this you will have a problem on your hardware later on. Best advise Format your Devise and install New OS.
