I'm using Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010. I want help to block the junk emails. Even if it is common that those people are always changing their email ids, does anyone have any idea on how to block these mails?

Hi Patrick,

Blocking of email address are necessary to control the amount of junk mail you receive. To block junk mails, see the step below.

1. Using Outlook 2010 : Select the "Home" tab and select "Junk"  >> "Junk E-mail Options"

    Using Outlook 2007 : Select "Tools" >> "Options" >> "Preferences" >> "E-mail" >> "Junk E-mail"

2. Choose "Block senders" tab option after Junk E-mail Options appear.

4. Click "Add" button to enter the name, domain or email address you want to block in your Junk,

5. Click Apply and OK.

Hope this helps.
