They have communicated with Corel, but they have still to receive an answer. I hope that they should have on Monday. The bitmap in these files CKYK is all the photos that have been edited using Corel Photo – Print. I have used the same method for a pair of years with x 3 and I never had this problem.

Hello Ruthprobertson

Hope you are fine. This is a trouble of that there is not available write permission on some of your directories. In case of windows xp, try aspnet account folder to activate write permission. If you are using windows server-2003/2008 or vista or black horn that this function will be available at Network Service account.Hope this will help you.

With thanks

Hello

If you are having trouble with your Coreldraw.
Save and close all your artworks and close Coreldraw.
Hold the F8 key in on your keyboard
Start up Coreldraw.
A popup box will come up asking you if you want to reset your settings to default
Click yes.

This will reset Coreldraw back to the way it was when you first installed it. It will NOT delete any of your artworks.
