Hi! I need to reinstall windows but when I tried to enter setup in BIOS it asked me for password. My laptop is pretty old and i have bought it from my friend, so I don't know which password should be there. I tried couple of samples that I found in forums but nothing worked. How can I change boot devices priority without entering setup? What can i do to unlock BIOS?

Hello Pamela Gonzalez,  BIOS password prevent the user to make any changes in software.  Although it start even before window startup take place. If you have set this password, Then only it will ask to enter when you install window in it. If you forget the password, Then there is only one way. Open your laptop hardware. There will be a c-moss  cell. In it all the BIOS password saves. Please remove it once and then replaced it. BIOS password will be no more.
