I've big problem here with my blackberry as i can't know who call me and whom i ring them as my blackberry just give list of all calls and i don't know who is missed and who call me or who i called , i just have list of numbers and when i receive message i can't hear it and it is not in silent position i hope that anyone understand me and answer me quickly.

    I admit that you have serious problem regarding with your blackberry phone, well, if you ask me, I still don't have a blackberry but my brother already have. And regarding with your problems, well, I would be honest with you, you really do have a lot of problem and I can only share one solution and it would be in your ring tone. The first thing that you must do is to check you user profile, to do this, you should find the main menu, then at the bottom of your blackberry screen, click for the "SET-UP". After clicking the set-up, click the "PROFILES" then you can see two options like activate and customize, choose customize. Then check the features one by one, and here are the things that you must check; The Ring type, it should be "Ringing" not Beep once or Accelerated then check the "Ring Volume", put the volume in level 3 or 4 so that you will clearly hear the tone.
