My XSplit Broadcaster setting is:
8GB Corsair RAM
ATI Radeon 5770 HD
1TB HDD
AMD Phenom II CPU
           Is there a better setup option for better quality and no lag?
I think the settings that you have posted above will work well with the Xsplit Broadcaster, and therefore your system should be having very fast performance speed when you install the application. 8 GB RAM will offer tremendous processing speeds to the system and therefore you will not have any sluggishness when using the application unless otherwise, and by otherwise I mean by cases like virus attack. The hard disk capacity is great. I terabyte will hold a lot of data before it runs out of space and therefore you should expect to use it for long. You should consider partitioning the hard drive.
