Drum Rudiment Training – add notes to the music leaf and customize the timing/speed to listen to their melodies. You can right away coordinate/sync your melody with the metronome. You can set and compose your beat.
Garage Band App – this is one of Apple’s signature apps. You can record, build beats step-by-step. You can record and edit the files. You change the velocity of the note. You can generate random drum loops and sync it with guitar, piano and other devices.
Pete Lackett’s Dum Jam – quite expensive but a very well organized application. You can play and test along with user or system-generated loops and grooves. You can record your plays and beats and upload it to SoundCloud. You can use extensive effects to make better performance with this application.
