Best music screensaver I purchased gets pixelated in full screen

I just purchased the best music screensaver which is a JPEG file of a guitar underwater in HD (1920 x 1080 pixels).

Why is it that when I view it in full screen, the image is pixilated?

I'm on a Windows XP 64 bit system.

Thanks in advance.

Some screensavers get pixilated when full screen. If your friends or colleagues have similar systems then try this Screensaver on their systems.

If the same problem occurs then nothing can be done.

But if no such problem is observed then take your system & screen to a technician to examine.

One possible cause for this pixelation is that your guitar image's resolution does not match the resolution you've set on your desktop. You can try and fix this by first setting the desktop resolution to that of the image (1920×1080) but, even if that's possible on your monitor, it can make any work on it a literal headache due to how tiny icons and text will become. On the other hand, you can try to resize and/or crop the image to fit the desktop resolution, which would defeat the whole purpose of purchasing a HD screensaver in the first place.
