Best Fix: Why Does My Printer Go Offline?
As we know that SNMP stands for Simple Network Management Protocol, which mainly serves as a means of getting information from network devices like printers, routers, etc.
Your printer goes offline because the Windows enables SNMP support and when it does not get a response to an SNMP message, it assumes that the printer is offline.
(i) Right-Click on the Printer(Printers Window).
(ii) Select Ports tab.
(iii) Select 'Configure Port'.
(iv) Untick SNMP status enable.
Note: Log in as admin.
