Hi guys

Here is the error message I have been receiving in my favorite browser Google Chrome:

Chrome.exe – Bad Image (The application or DLL

C:progra~1googlegoogle~1goec62~1.dll is not a valid windows image)

Therefore I uninstalled the program and downloaded it again to my computer. But the same error message popped up again and again. Anyone here who can help me to solve it? Thanks in advance.

There is a registry issue. Registry is like a database which can store the configuration setting and options of the system. It controls low level handling as well as the application level handling of operating system. There may be a case that even after un-install of chrome setup some program files are still present in the system. You need to uninstall chrome setup by clicking on control panel, then programs and then click uninstall program. After uninstall the setup go to the path, which is mentioned in error message and delete all program files related to Google chrome. Then again try to download Google chrome.

RUN the setup and follow the instructions until you get finish button. The chrome will be installed in your system successfully.

Also take a scan utility in order to handle registry entries.
