I would like to back up my Joomla database using the phpMyAdmin tool in the cPanel. How can I do it and how can I change the configurations? Can you let me know of other ways to achieve this?

The steps to backup Joomla database using phpAdmin tool are as follows:
1) Open the phpAdmin tool on the system
2) Navigate to the Databases option in the tool
3) Click 'phpMyAdmin' option from the list of databases
4) Select the Joomla database from the left pane
5) Click 'Export' tab, verify all the tables in the database are selected, click 'Select All'
6) Click 'Save as File' checkbox
7) Click 'Go, Click 'OK' in the dialog box
8) Download the backup zip files in the system
