Hi !

I want to backup my C: drive. But I get an error message each time I try to do so. I get this at the 5% mark everytime. The error code is EBAB03F1 and says that, the system cannot find the file specified. My pc is running Windows7 Home Premium 32-bit version. The capacity is 1TB and the backup drive’s capacity is around 1.5TB. I’m counting on you guys. Please help me with this issue.

Thanks a lot in advance.

The problem is with the old files that remain in the computer for long ago. Once the files are released sometimes the file links remains.

1.       See that the firewall or the Shied of antivirus do not block the program.

2.       See that the Check Disc utility ensures that the drive disk is OK and that all files are OK.

3.       Right click the drive then at properties, click the Tools TAB. Now click Check NOW.

4.       The checking may start instantly or may be scheduled to run on next boot. Be cure to check the box that shows “Automatically correct errors”.
