Select audio on the insert tab of ms ppt. Click on Audio on my PC. Select the music file from the file explorer and click on insert. On the playback tab, under audio tools, select ‘play in background.’ To use music from the web, you still need to pre-download it on the PC before inserting into the presentation. To play an audio automatically when each slide appears, choose Add animation under the audio symbol

Under the animation pane, select the down arrow against the audio to be played, and choose effect options to change the delay to 0 or 1 second to play the clip as soon as the slide appears. To add more than one song, use a third-party audio editor such as Audacity, to mix the songs and play them continuously throughout the slide show.
