I have been using AVS Video Converter version 6.2 forever a week now, and it has worked well in converting most video files I throw at it. However, recently, whenever I select a file to convert an error window pops-up.
I posted the image along with this thread.
What happened and how can I get it back to working?
An internal error was encountered (code: 256).
Please, contact the support service if this error persists.
