Hi,

I have been using AVS Video Converter version 6.2 forever a week now, and it has worked well in converting most video files I throw at it. However, recently, whenever I select a file to convert an error window pops-up.

I posted the image along with this thread.

What happened and how can I get it back to working?

Mainly this issue arises due to directory problem. Check below points to resolve the issue.

Step 1: You are getting this issue because you have chosen wrong drive latter as output folder. May be the hard drive you have chosen is an external drive. The software is not able to find any folder on that drive. First create output folder to PC and select that path and folder.

Step 2: Check the output folder is weather write protected.
