Hi everyone! My Avira Firewall Premium Security Suite has been working perfectly for over a year now. The license is about to expire so I purchased another one online. The new copy isn’t running as good as the old one.

For no apparent reason, I’m unable to run it. I wish someone here knows the answer or else I’ve just wasted my money on something I can’t use.

Your Avira Firewall Premium Security Suite formerly installed was running properly. But the new one you purchased on expiry of the former one is not working suitably. Did you install the second one successfully? Did you feel any problem while installing? As Avira Firewall Premium Security Suite is an absolute security package with virus scanner, AntiSpyware, AntiDialer, Personal Firewall, POP 3 email protection (POP3), AntiAdware, AntiSpam, and proactive AntiPhishing there is no possibility of such issue. You can check once again that you purchased the right one compatible with your system configuration. Otherwise contact to the concerned authority of Avira.
