Hello,

Before my hard drive crash, I'm not encountering this problem. After I restore my outlook email message, a message always pop-ups before downloading new email message. How could I remove the error message? Currently I don't use now AVG I'm using AVAST now.

Hi,

If there is no new version available on Microsoft outlook  then go to control panel and then add or remove program and then uninstall this driver software and run a cleaner as example cc cleaner, Reginout cleaner etc and restart your computer. Then reinstall this driver software again.

If you have virus then remove it first. There is another reason that may be your computer is corrupted with virus. So need to use updated antivirus and scan full computer. After you have done with it, then use installation CD/DVD to repair Microsoft office.

Try to use latest updated AVAST antivirus. If you are using original serial key then use AVAST’s online scan option. It will work better than others.

You may have installed AVG before and when you uninstall it, you did not fully uninstall all of its components. So you are having conflicts with your new antivirus. You can download the AVG Removal Tool to delete everything about AVG. Or you can also try Revo uninstaller to remove all AVG files in your registry. Or to manually delete it, Start your MS Outlook and then select Tools>Options>Other tab>Advanced Options button>Addin manager and then deselect AVG. If you already uninstalled AVG, just try to find or rename the file extend.dat.
