First of all, AVDefender 2011 is not a valid Antivirus application. Once installed this application, performs your system scan and will detect/list trojans, infected files etc and this will not stop unless you have their full version purchased. So don't worry much about your system being infected. All you have to do is remove AVDefender 2011.
You can simply ignore the list that it displays. This application stops many of your windows application from running by displaying security alert.

So it is better to remove this AVDefender from your system:
To do this you can use Malwarebytes Anti malware. Save it in the name of iexplore.exe. Shut down all applications on your system. Install Malwarebytes on your system.Launch it when installation is done and click Finish.
Malwarebytes will now start on its own. AVDefender can block this as well. So you may have to rename the mbam.exe file residing in Program Files. Rename the mbam.exe file to iexplore.exe and now run it.
Perform Quick scan and click on scan. When scan done Click OK and then show results. This will display all infected files.Remove all infected files and restart your system.
