I want to know if you can recommend an application that will automatically back up my USB files in my hard disk drive.
Does an application like that exist?
Because, I do not want to keep on receiving an image prompt when I plug my flash drive to the hard disk.

There are many programs for back upping USB flash. For example: Genie Timeline, Allway Sync, USB Flash Drive Backup, Portable Apps Backup, BackUPFlash!, Exiland Backup Free 3.6.
Exiland Backup – creates backup copies of mentioned files, folders with given periodicity. Also you can create a backup copy of the USB flash when you connect it to PC.
BackUPFlash! – Means for automatic backup. After installing a program starts and after starts with loading system. When you connect flash first the program asks you where you want to backup and then starts to back up.
As you see there are many programs to backup flash just choose which one do you like.
