Automate 6 Error: DISCARD SPAM (Code: 0) on Sending Emails

Hi all,

For more than 3 years, I have been running AutoMate 6 and last week I had started getting an error message in the process of sending email.

 I can send email with Excel files but because of this error I cannot do it.

The error message:

Error: DISCARD SPAM (Code: 0)

Need your help to solve it. Please.

Hello Carol,

The error you are getting when using Automate 6 is most probably produced by the email server you are using, and it is also most probably that the email server could have been specified lately with very strong security policies. It will be very important for you to check and figure out if the error occurs when you are sending as any straight forward file as an attachment, for instance a text file.

Text files should not cause problems, but there is a new rule in the email server that might be problematic to other file types such as excel files. If that is the case then you can just zip the attachments before sending to overcome the problem.
