I have a problem with activation Autodesk 3ds Max 2012 64-bit the problem is that:

When I clicked on "Activate" and next "Continue" the next screen was "Processing Error"

Processing error: Your online activation request has returned an error(400) which is not allowing your request to be processed using our

Automated system. Click the "Use another method" link below to complete the necessary forms and submit your request to the local Autodesk Business Center for your area. A customer service representative will respond within the next 2 business days.

Hello there Mr. Richard, upon reviewing your question i should suggest that you should try to temporarily disable you windows firewall.

Because most of the time the reason why we cannot register a product is simply because the firewall is blocking the connection.

Just go to my network places and look for the option that enables or disable the firewall.

Turning of the anti virus firewall temporarily might work as well.

Hi,

The only way to solve this is through manual activation with the help of an Autodesk customer service, you can message them through their forums or contact their service number.

They will ask for your account name, and you will also have the need to retrieve your request code.
