While I was loading AutoIt this error appeared and closed the program. Yesterday AutoIt worked just fine and I didn’t have any error until now. Any solution ? What is causing this error and how can this be solved ?
Line 5165 (File “C:Program FilesLogin
Error: or subscript dimension range exceeded.
Auto IT error during the login to agent
I guess you caught the error not while starting AutoIt but when you loaded an AU3 file because the file indicated in the dialog box is not from AutoIt, it is from a different program. If the error was caught during the startup then the dialog box would show an information related to the AutoIt program or its files where the error was triggered.
Since the error was caught when you load an AU3 file in AutoIt, check if the path of the executable indicated in the dialog box is correct. You should also check line 5165 in the AU3 file you opened for possible error as indicated in the dialog box. Also, in case you are using an old version of AutoIt, it would be best to install the latest version.
Download and upgrade to AutoIt 184.108.40.206. It requires Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. For servers, it requires Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2008 R2.
