I want to assign a new IP Address and I want my Dynamic DNS to be automatically updated to my PC.

You can use a Dynamic DNS Updater to automatically update your IP address even if it is not changed. You can get DirectUpdate from the link below:
It will let your computer to associate your IP with a static hostname and it will automatically updates when you log on your ISP. Download and install the DirectUpdate directly at the back of the cable or ADSL modem. You can look at the Dynamic IP address from a service like http://checkip.dyndns.org/.
Connect your PC with the DirectUpdate installed on it and then go to Engine Connection tab. Enter the field Connect to Machine: It usually runs on the same machine so you can choose "localhost" or 127.0.0.1. Click Connect. The default password is blank but you will be prompted to change your password for security.
