Audio stream manager creates a fatal error

Hello,

This FATAL ERROR appeared on my desktop this morning when I have opened some music files. My audio driver is updated and my audio player is updated too. Any solution for my error ? How can I solve this error ?

It Could be a couple of solutions to repair this issue:
 
1. Reinstall your sound driver. Try again to open your music files
 
2. I guess you are running Windows XP. If so, do this:
 
Go to start  > Run > in the box type "dxdiag" (don't type the quotation marks)
 
3. On the dxdiag menu reduce the acceleration setting.
 
Close it, restart the computer and check the music files again
