Got this software from a friend and he says that I would love this software but how could I if in installing it has error popping up? Well he didn’t encounter any of this so Im posting here if any of you knows this? Thanks!

What you need to do here is to uninstall the program as the error suggested to you to do. But sometimes that suggestion will not work especially if you are doing it on a wrong way. Sometimes if you uninstall it using the add/remove features of windows it will not work. So you need to try different way to uninstall that software. Try to use the installer of that software again, run the installer and choose to uninstall do not choose repair or something, just choose to uninstall then after uninstall then install it again and see if it will work for you. Then if it will not work try to do other way to uninstall.
