I am attempting to export a file with MatchWare MindView, and I received an error message which you can see at below attached image. Some suggestions?

The reason for you to receive this error is that may be you have changed the Windows AppData variable. Now, the solution is that you have to set your App Data variable on its correct value. To set it, follow these steps:
1) On the start menu, click Run. Now type regedit.
2)Then,navigate it to: HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorer
3) Then, click on “Shell Folders”, double click on AppData value button, set it to:
%USERPROFILE%AppDataRoaming (for Windows Vista or above)
%USERPROFILE%Application Data (for Windows XP)
4) Again, click on “User Shell Folders”. Then, repeat step 5. Now, close Regedit and restart your computer.
