I am trying to connect to the server but it is showing the message as connection timed out the connected party is taking a long time to response and then after a while, it says the connection is failed to established TCP error code 10060. Please tell me what the problem is?

This error means that your system is not able to receive the packets as a result of which the packets get dropped and they show the TCP error code 10060. It is due to the routing or firewall issue. Check your firewall setting may be it is blocking the access. One of the reasons can be local system 808 is open and it might have been blocked in the host environment.
