Attach images to my iMovie clip

I would like to attach some image files from the documents folder to my iMovie clip. How can I do that? I am using iMovie 08.

If you already have photos in your iPhoto, your just have to import them to your iMovie by clicking Media in the bottom right corner > Photos in the menu at the top.
 
If your photos are not saved in iPhotos, in your case in the documents, access them by clicking File > Import > (Location of your photos). Now, you will be able to see your pictures. Choose the pictures you wish to use in iMovie.

Hello,

To attach the the photos to your iMovie clip you can follow the steps below:-

1. Click on the photos icon on your Mac.

2. Select the picture you want to attach.

3. Drag the picture where you want it to be in the clip.

4. You can change the duration of your image by setting the time on the duration panel.
