AT&T has determined that your current account cannot be used with iPhone
I have recently purchased an iPhone but when I try to activate it, I am met with an error.
The screenshot of the error is as follows:
We’re sorry, AT&T has determined that your current account cannot be used with the iPhone.
If you are a business customer visit the AT&T Business Center. Otherwise, please call
1-877-419-4500. To complete this activation you may also create a new AT&T account.
Click continue to proceed.
Can anyone please guide me how should I sort out this problem? I have no idea what to do.
Any helpful suggestions are most welcome.
