Hi,
I am getting this weird error message when I try to start the AT&T Communication Manager, version 6.12.66.0. The error says “Error: Unable to open acceleration”. How can I avoid this error. Help me to resolve this annoying error. Thanks in advance.

AT&T Communication Manager error opening acceleration
The acceleration error usually appears because of the Bytemobile acceleration client. The option for you would be to somehow block it, which can only be done by following these steps:

Open your AT&T Manager.

Go to the Tools menu and select Settings.

In the Acceleration tab, choose Uninstall.

You will now be asked to reboot the system, click Ok.

From the manager, go to Update Settings tab and choose Manually Download and Install box.

Apply the settings and reboot your computer.
By following these steps, you can easily block this error.
