I believe when you purchased this AT&T 3G Micro Cell, it should include a support feature or a free installation perhaps, another thing is that most of  AT&T’s home offers contain a manual and it will tell you the step by step procedures on how to configure, set-up and use it within your area.
For your convenience, below is the link for the manual of AT&T 3G Micro Cell..Once you opened the link, it’s better if you will save it to your computer first and open it later so you won’t need the internet connection while reading it. Just select a location (preferably on your desktop) and provide a file name.Hope this helps.
