Hi Neil,

The price, release date and detailed specs of both the devices (Asus AiO and Acer Iconia W700) have not yet been announced; however I can give an overview for your convenience.

Asus Transformer AiO is a device which is capable to run multiple Operating Systems. It can transform itself from Windows running PC to an Android tablet. The Aus Transformer AiO has an Intel Ivy Bridge processor with Windows 8 Operating System but when it is taken out of its dock, it converts to Google Android 4.0 Tablet with 18.4 inch 10-finger multi-touch display

Iconia W700 has following features:

1.       Display:  11.6-inch (1920 x 1080)

2.       5MP auto focus camera

3.       Multi Touch features (up to 10 fingers

4.       Battery life: 8 hours

5.       USB 3.0 ports

6.        Dolby Home Theater for audio

7.       Bluetooth

8.       micro HDMI port

Iconia W700 tablet by Acer has this following specs:

11.6 inches Full HD Display

Touchscreen is 10 finger multitouch

Dolby Home Theater sound

With a cradle that allows you to tilt up to 70 degrees in landscape mode (This is for better viewing angles) And it also allows you to tilt to 20 degree angles

It is also equipped with three USB 3.0 ports.

The product is not yet out in the market but the estimated price range is about $799 to $999

It also has an optional keyboard.

The ASUS AiO (All in One) Transformer on the other hand is an 18.4 inch desktop PC with Windows 8 as its OS and it can also be transformed to become an 18.4 inch full touchscreen tablet with Android 4 as its OS. Just like the Iconia, it is still not available in the market and the detailed specs are also not yet available. So stay tuned for more updates in the future.
