Hi. We use Asternic call center statistics software 2 for agent metrics in time to answer and talk time. Our system was recently attacked by intruders and we noticed that the metrics are not accurate with certain metrics. What do we do and what do we need?

If your system was attacked by intruders then this means that your security is not that stable. What you can do is to transfer your server to another computer and change your IP address in this way the infiltrator will have a hard time looking for the computer on where to get the information. Make sure also that your computer is not accessible for all users in the local network put a password if you can. Lastly, invest on a good security software that will alarm you before the cyberpunk reaches the server.
