Hello friends,

Actually I am experiencing some problems with the FTP (file transfer protocol). I tried to upload some of the content via WinSCP using the same settings as per our WinSCP login < server.com.au and our port set to 222.

After doing all this, I got the following error on my screen:

The server you specified does not exist

Articulate Updater for Flash Player 10

The server you specified does not exist.

I tried all the settings with port set to 21 but it ended up in the same error. Following some other suggestions, I again tried <server.com.au>:222 but I was met with another error on my screen. the screenshot is attached below:

Anyone has any idea about how to solve this issue? I have tried various settings but all fail and now I am at my wits end.

Your suggestions and ideas are most welcome.

Hi,

Articulate updater unhandled exception occurs when sometimes batch files gets corrupted or damaged so remove all files installed then repair batch files first go to programs then uninstall it after that restart system then search for batch files of pre then right click and run as administrator then reinstall articulate and right click post batch file again run as administrator.
