I have installed Punch application on my computer for use in developing house plans. There are a number of Punch floor plans that are included as templates. Some of them are sincerely great and can go for high bidding. Are these templates availed for free that someone can use them for a real project without winning themselves a jail term? Reply urgently. Thanks a lot.

In punch design software they did not give any copyright on templates,  so you can use them.
I also search their site there are also not included any copyright. But my suggestion is to use your own design for bidding. You may be able to do better. Follow their templates & make your own plans.

The templates that the Punch floor provides are for FREE. You can just download it without any copyright and modify and use it for your own work or presentation. But for credits, you can also include the name of the one who create or provide the template since it was a template. You can also create your own design by just getting some tips or techniques on the templates that you download.
