The Arduino is here to replace Mom in reminding you to maintain your good posture. Is the Arduino really accurate in determining if the user is already stooping or not maintaining good posture?

It is perhaps better to start by saying that it is not the Arduino that warns you of bad posture. The Arduino is a microcontroller. The tool you are actually asking about is the Bad Posture, created by Ellen Sundh, which has bend sensors that are able to detect shifts from the spinal cord. Therefore, it is accurate in calibrating whether you are bending more than you should be doing.
