While unpacking a zip folder, I received an error message. It says, "Error: The achieve is either in unknown format or damaged". What does it mean? Have you any idea?
Please help me to get a remedy of this issue.

According to your error message, it is supposed that the file you have downloaded is damaged or corrupted.
You can do either download the same file using some other browser , if it may not help you. Then you can do one more thing try to download 7-zip software or some other freeware winrar software using google and then trying to uncompress the zip file using these software. You can find 7-zip from : http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
And winrar using the link : https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
I hope these solutions may help you a lot.
