ArchiCAD data. Error code=-2130312712 problem

I think this problem depends on the version of ArchiCAD that you are using or is trying to install. Since you did not include in your post the version of ArchiCAD that you are using, I will just make one of its versions an example. Before installing any of the versions of ArchiCAD, you should always check first your machine’s compatibility with the application by checking the program’s system requirements.

Let’s make ArchiCAD 16 an example. This version of ArchiCAD, ArchiCAD 16, works with Windows XP [32-bit and 64-bit], Windows Vista [32-bit and 64-bit], Windows 7 [32-bit and 64-bit], Macintosh OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, and Macintosh OS X 10.7 Lion. ArchiCAD 16 is the last version of ArchiCAD that supports Windows XP and any 32-bit operating systems. QuickTime 7 and Java 1.6.0 or higher versions of these programs are also required in installing ArchiCAD 16. But there’s no problem if you don’t have these yet on your machine because its installer will automatically install QuickTime 7 and Java 1.6.12 if they are not found on the system.
