ArcGIS cannot connect with SDE Oracle

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me please how to resolve ArcGIS for desktop error ? I have this error all the time I want to connect and open some files. My Internet connection is working just fine like usually so I don’t know what could cause this error. Can anyone help me please with this error ?

Hello James,

The present connection language must be used in order to upgrade the geodatabase. If the older connection language is used, the process of upgrading will not be effective. The beta versions upgrades are not authorized. In the event of the upgrade of the geodatabase, the older versions of ArcGIS may not be compatible with the previously used language. Review your system capacities with the ArcGIS resources center.
