ArcGIS cannot be opened due the expired items

Hi there,

I just installed on my desktop ArcGIS and this error appears every time I want to open the program. The installation went just fine without any errors and I don’t know how to manage this now. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ?

Hello Charlie,

The error message that was received can be resolved by going to the customer service section of Esri and acquiring a new license. The new licensing will reauthorize the ArcGIS server by applying the authorization wizard designed for the ArcGIS. If you are having difficulties with the installation of the ArcGIS, it may be due to an underscore character in your computer's address.
