I have the Belrac Advisor installed on one of my Servers. Here are the specifications of my machine Windows 2003 SP 2 server. I noticed that after the installation of this, whenever I reboot the server, I tend to get a few error messages.

Below given is an error message which I receive most often

ApplicationServers section not found in ICA file.

What does this error mean? Do I need to update anything on my server in order to avoid this error message?

Open Web browser, click on Tools>Internet Options>on the General Tabs, click on Delete Filesbutton.  Restart the particular web browser and you also can connect with Citrix programs.

  • Check on the event viewer so that you can see where that error comes from and to identify the dependencies of the program you have installed.
  • Also check your server fire wall; the fire wall might be blocking your Belrac Advisor software. Belrac Advisor must be allowed in your fire wall or must in on the exception of your firewall.
  • Re-installation of your Belrac Advisor software also recommended. It is better to install under the administrator account so that full access to your Network Operating System is allowed. This method also fixed corrupted files during your first installation.
  • There are also some help or guide in Belrac Advisor website. Information from their website may help you also. Here’s their site http://www.belarc.com/.
