Application Virtualization Client error shown

Hello all,
I was trying to create an application virtualization demo on APP-V 4.6. I was using Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. Client machine was running Windows 7. When accessing a PDF document I got the error attached below. Any ideas?
The Application Virtualization Client could not launch Adobe Reader 9
