The Application Virtualization Client could not launch Internet Explorer with Flash
The error you're experiencing seems to indeed be an interesting one. There is a chain of events here in which one of the steps is failing to complete:
1. Hyperlink is corrupted and points to an invalid location. To test this, copy the hyperlink and try opening it in another browser, such as Chrome or Opera. If it can open without any problem, then move to step 2.
2. The Internet Explorer installation might be corrupted. To test this, open Internet Explorer and try surfing for a while. Then, paste the hyperlink from step 1 manually and try navigating to it. If it works, then move to step 3.
3. It's possible that, for whatever reason, the hyperlink requires the usage of Flash 9. The latest version of Adobe Flash is 13 and, since the older versions are not preserved, once Flash is updated, everything referring to older version might not be working either. To test your Flash version, visit your computer's Control Panel and click "Flash Player". Click "Advanced" and note the version.
Additionally, I've noticed you're using the "Application Virtualization Client". This adds another layer of possible solutions, since there can be conflicts with it as well. If all 3 steps fail to resolve your problem, refer to the documentation for your Application Virtualization Client on how to update Internet Explorer.
