What are the best sites to download ActiveX setup for android phones and which procedures do I follow in order to successfully integrate it on my android mobile devise?

Hope that my message finds you well.
ActiveX is only for windows and is proprietary to Microsoft. ActiveX control that works on a PC will not work on a phone. It requires the manufacturer to compile the control specifically for the OS on the phone as well as for the processor.
