I am new to the Android world. This time  I don’t know why this message keeps appearing every 10 minutes when I am using my phone. I want to eradicate this. I need your help how to do so.

This is another common error message that you get with Androids. The main reason for this error is memory consumption. It also might be low memory handling.
My suggestions are,
Don’t try to clean everything and try to start from zero because you do not get this message because of a damage caused or you installed it wrong (bad?) app.
Instead you should remove all the stuff that is not essentially needed. I mean you should get rid of apps that you have tried but not happy with. Keeping them in the device means you carry unneeded bulk around. Try these instructions and see if there is an improvement.
You need to open the market and download another launcher. When you will open it then you will get the option of stock launcher. You can install it and then use it for your requirements. There is one another way. Go to settings and then applications. Now find your launch and clear all the data from there. You will then need a simple reboot. Hope any of the above method is going to solve your problem.
