I am attempting to an application but a box keeps popping up telling me to install Visual C++ Runtime Libraries. I have downloaded vcredist_x64.exe, vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_arm.exe from Microsoft site and as much as they have installed, running vcedist_arm prompts a dialog box that states it is not a valid Win 32 application. Please help on how I can remove the error and install my application.

When you get a error dialog box displaying 'not a valid win 32 application' it means that you installed an application not compatible to your operating system. This in your case is because you installed a windows 64 application while you are running on windows 32 bit operating system. Installing Microsoft visual c++ will fix your problem.
