I got a rumor that Apple has filed a complaint regarding HTC in U.S International Commission for banning the import of HTC phones? Do we get HTC mobiles again in future or not?

Last year, Apple also filed a complaint against HTC and the ITC decided on their favor. This year, Apple once again filed a complaint for patent infringement against HTC that has something to do with smartphone and asked the ITC to ban 29 HTC phones from getting into the US market.
And just this week, the ITC once again ruled in favor of Apple and rejected the attempt of HTC to use (5) five patents that are loaned from Google because ITC said that only good has the right to assert those patents and not HTC. Let us wait and see what countermeasures HTC has on this.
