If your Ipod is a Ipod touch not the shuffle type you can definitely use it to be a connection for an internet. But you will be needing an adaptor. It may limit the source of the internet and the files that you will be downloading since it's not really a broadband and wasn't design to make those things. I have not tried it personally but you can try and let everyone know what it can.

You have to do a few things. First, get the cable and software for your Apple iPod. Give the model number of your iPod to the vendor, and ask for cable and CD.
