Hi,
I am getting the following error.
"The connection could not be established when trying to download latest software"
Not only that, I am unable to restore the device too. I tried all instructions on support website but nothing helped.
Please give me a solution for this.

Thanks for your sharing of the problem, I think you are trying to download as an unauthorized user of those site, or you have no permission download there, here are some tips you should follow:
Firstly again go to the site and make register there and as an administrator and make a account and try to download it
Secondly if the problem is still there then try to download with the software official website.
thirdly you should restart your pc and then connect your connection again and try to download again.
also you can get your software easily on download.com go there and search for your respective software by typing and download its easy.
