Apple cloud computing service removes digital applications upon update

When I updated my Apple phone using Apple’s cloud computing service, everything went smoothly except when the software started updating my digital applications. At first it seemed normal as updating of application ran as expected having queued on applications and had status bar under the main folder, but when I tapped a particular application to adjust its queue, the update still continued but when it was finished, the application was suddenly gone and I was under the impression that there was a trigger in the updating that deletes the application. I do not know why this happened, can you please help me by sharing some knowledge on this and perhaps how I can fix this problem? Thank you.

Hi Chase,

If an application is not loading successfully on iPhone, it may mean 2 thing. First is you need to uninstall the application and try to download the file again on your phone. If it is still not loading, then it can be the 2nd thing. There are some requirements for the application or software to be able to run on the phone. You may want to check the application information on iTunes store. You just need to open Itunes and find the application. It will then display if the version is compatible with the current version of operating system on your phone. If it is not, then you may want to wait for a later update.
