I am a professional freelancer. So, most of the time I have to work on internet. Sometimes, a message appeared ‘send error report’ & ‘don’t send’. If I click don’t send internet connection (Internet modem) is disconnected. In this circumstances what should I do?
How the problem can be solved?
It would be best to note what problem caused that window to pop-up. This window usually appears when a program crashes (stop working) or is unresponsive.
A solution you can try is first uninstall the program which causes this problem (if this happens when you are browsing the internet, uninstall your web browser. If the problem appears when you are using Skype, uninstall Skype). After you uninstall the program, restart your PC and reinstall the program. Run it as you usually do and see if the problem occurs again.
Another solution is to reformat your PC to remove any corrupted files that may be causing the problem. Formatting should only be used as a last resort since this will delete all the files in your computer.
If you want to permanent solution for this problem you have to format your laptop and reinstall it , then use a good browser like Firefox. Sure this solution will fix this issue permanently.
